I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with this platform. I lost $92k due to a glitch that lasted over 35 minutes while I was trading this morning. When I contacted customer service, all they offered was an apology and told me there was nothing they could do about it. I feel this is incredibly unfair, especially considering the significant loss I incurred and the lack of any compensation or support from the platform. I’ve been using this platform for over a year, and it seems like every time I try to make progress, something goes wrong. A friend of mine referred me to a recovery agent who was able to help me recover my lost funds.
