Overall my experience is positive, but there are a couple of things that make it impossible to give a full 5 stars. First about the positive: the interface is convenient, I especially liked the toolbar, where everything is clear and understandable. Transactions go through quickly, which is important to me. Also high interest rates on staking, which is also pleasing. Now about the disadvantages. A couple of times I encountered delays in responses from the support team. I won't say that it was critical, but still I expected a faster response. And one more thing - I would like more educational materials for beginners right on the platform. Yes, there are basic things, but not enough for a deep understanding. In general, I am satisfied and will continue to use this crypto exchange, but I hope that they will take into account the feedback from users and continue to improve the service.
