I returned a product which was still on the warranty. Tell me they would make a replacement or get me a gift card from the original price if they didn't have in stock. After 2 weeks without any news, I called them and they told me my case was close, even if nothing was sent. I had to speak with them for over 30 minutes before they told me they would sent a gift card in the next few days. 3 weeks after this, received nothing, called them 3-4 times (they told me they would contact me by mail or phone), promess me the gift card, etc. Finally gave me gift card after 3 weeks. Customer service from this compagny really sucks once they have your money
