They had exactly the product I wanted (Zoostorm 7877-0092) whereas most online vendors seemed to be out of stock. I paid a little extra for Saturday delivery and that is when it arrived. Very pleased with the product - was easy to set up (and I am no tech wizard) and getting used to Windows 8, which some people say is difficult, didn't seem bad. Overall, completely satisfied with Bits and Robs.
