I paid $50 for a long sleeve shirt with the logo of my small business, the order never shipped & was delayed almost for 2 months, recently they sent an email saying that the order wasn't available anymore without no explanation. and supposedly they will give me a refund of loyalty program in my account to purchase another product. I didn't need any other product and I requested my money back. It has been a month now and they deleted my order from my account so in their system I don't have any invoice. The refuse to give me my money back I can't believe that I trusted this company.
