My order didn't arrived in the 2 to 4 days. I emailed late at night on the 5th day as i could not access the tracking service via the email link. I received a phone call first thing the following morning. They apologise for the delay and advised that they had posted out the goods straight away. They didnt know why they had not arrived, but checked the tracking service and advised that Royal mail had attempted to deliver that morning after I had left the house. They advised I should be able to collect the parcel from the post office and if there was anymore issues to call straight back and they would see what they could do to help. I was able to pick up the parcel the following morning. Really good customer service and very helpful considering the delay was not there fault. Goods as expected, I will order again as customer service was fab and they have a wide range of products that you normally have to order from different retailers!
