My first time of order I paid for 1-2 day delivery as I needed one of the items. It was initially delayed which they noted on the delivery note when it eventually arrived. Then two items were not with your delivery, one that they had made a note of on the delivery note and one that was just missing. I called the first day and was advised about one of the missing items which is fine but then I was told to email which I did they said someone would respond - no one did. I called the next day and explained all of the above again and said I didn’t think it was a very good service... he said it was a new company and they were having teething problems. I understand all this but all it would take is better communication. I am still waiting for the missing two items.
