Ordered item 6/29/19. Item shipped 7/8/19. Did not receive tracking number until item arrived in U.S. Company has never responded to date to any emails sent to their website www.blackhaircare.co.uk. Only responded to emails sent to them as they were discovered selling via a third party selling site. Package arrived damaged and a leaky mess.
