You know, you're products are good. But the shipping aspect is really frustrating. I've bought from you twice now, and both times I have this frustrating situation where the delivery company (whoever your shipping partner is in Lithuania) claims that they were not able to deliver ("Delivery attempted - premises closed"). Bit times, that's a lie, especially since or premises are open and absolutely no attempt had been made to deliver. I know this because I work from home and both "attempts" I was ready and waiting. So I see that this is due to one of two reasons: 1) they are lying, or b) they delivered to the wrong address. The second option is incompetence, while the first one is just unethical and you should really get on them about that. It's really messing up my enjoyment of your products.
