An excellent team met us at Bradford-upon-Avon and sorted us out with our boat. I did think though that we had been upgraded to a Signature boat, but on arrival one was not moored so I assumed I must have got that wrong, so didn't question it! However, on looking at my booking on my return I noticed that I was correct... Also, at Netham Lock we were surprised when we had to pay an additional £45, in order to sail through to moor up in Bristol. Something we had not been advised off. All in all though an extremely enjoyable trip and maybe one day we'll get to experience a Signature Boat...
