A bespoke house name sign was made for me and I could not have received better customer service. I dealt with Joanne Jones throughout who understood my requirements, made useful suggestions and improved the product for me. All this was done through the medium of email and pictures which is not easy and yet a great product was delivered. I imagine it is far more difficult for people like Joanne when you're not speaking directly to the customer in person.
