I ordered the brass Pine Cone door knocker, which arrived within a couple of days. Unfortunately the rods supplied to fix the knocker were plastic and a bit flimsy. I contacted Black County Metal Works about this and they immediately sorted it out for me by sending replacement rods and bolts that were brass and much stronger! The knocker looks lovely. Thank you for sorting! :)
