It's very difficult to leave reviews for this company but I won't give up.... I purchased a black hawk board for my son at Christmas. There were issues with the board from the start and black hawk would not take the board back and their tec department uses pictures we had to send to analyse the issue. They blamed water damage when the board has never been wet. I could not get them to provide an address or contact number and since leaving a negative review I have received an email from them informing they will compensate me if I remove the negative review. Steer clear of buying anything from this company
