Not been made aware off scaffolding outside window 2 weeks before booking! Sorted at reception, allocated different room. Bar staff decanting drink from one glass into another, asked why because glass was dirty 😨 dinner table soiled, asked about it and was asked to sit at opposite side. Where is hygiene, health and safety.All inclusive Green band only!! Not been aware of this before booking.. not booking with you again
