I'm very confused seing so many bad reviews here. I'm an international buyer and have purchased 4-5 separate times from this website and each order arrived in ±2 weeks. Reading these reviews makes me think I got lucky each time and now I'm hesitant to buy again. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because they dont really package books that well so they may come with a couple of scratches. I did email them yesterday regarding an order that came in a little damaged so I guess I'll see what their customer service is like, but like I said, there was no problem up untill now and I actually planned on buying more from them.
