Awful - cancelled entire outstanding order because payment had failed. Yet it was THEIR FAULT as they have a problem with their payment processor accepting Amex (which was not a problem with the first half of the order dispatched yesterday.
Why cancel the entire order?
They don't take phone calls, they don't have an email address, the cancellation email does not list the items they have cancelled, the email is from a "no reply" address.
What a terrible shop, trading on a "quality bookseller" name but they are worse than the worst online store.
Clearly poorly resourced and badly run.
