Update: I received my deposit and profits, but it took about 2 months I traded with at their Bahamas entity for over 5 months without any issue, but when I did a withdraw request, nothing happened. Only when I asked them about it, they said my account was suddenly under investigation. It's now been 2,5 weeks since my first request and I'm still waiting despite several reminders. I only requested to withdraw my deposit amount and even that they refuse to process. I will resume with filing a complaint at the financial regulator.
