Having received the samples I had a question which I asked when sent a previous feedback request. The question went unanswered so I called and was told that the lady didn't know where the feedback goes! And now some weeks later another automated feedback request. "We are constantly striving to improve our products – ensuring that your first impression counts" - impressions are also created by the service you deliver, if you ask for feedback please read/respond to it!
