So first of all you can easily talk to a human, yes they answer the phone, second the person you speak with appears to know the product, third they give ADVICE and don’t just say ITS UPTO YOU!!
Thirdly this appears to be a quality German product ( bathroom fans) so not the cheapest but possibly the best
