First time for a christmas gift and arrived quicker than stated time and was free delivery - a personalised lyrics print with my other half's details added. Second time purchased the star gift map and was very happy with quality of print + frame. I did back in the day work for a framers and being my picky self had a good look at the craftsmanship of the frame (I do have a keen eye for these things!) to see what the fuss was about.
