The final artwork I received looked lovely, however I will never use this company again because they are one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with in terms of Customer Service. I ordered a framed picture on 10th Sept as a gift for my Husband for our 1 year wedding anniversary and based on their estimated timelines, it should have arrived just before our anniversary. As I wanted it to be spot on, I paid for the 'proof' which is stated on the website that you will receive within 24 hours of placing your order. Well 24 hours came and went and i'd received nothing. Five days later I still hadn't received a proof so I emailed them. No response. The next day I used the chat service and was told I would receive the proof later that day and that my shipping would be upgraded to 'Express' due to the delay. Surprise surprise, no proof was received. The next day (17th Sept) I contacted the chat again and was sent the proof via chat for approval. I approved on the spot. By 21st Sept I'd still not received any tracking info. I contacted the chat again and was sent a link to my tracking info but the package had not yet been picked up. I checked the link everyday and it was a whole week until the package was collected by DHL (this was on 24th Sept - when it was originally due for delivery on 23rd Sept). My anniversary came and went. I contacted the chat again and was told my package should arrive by 25th Sept. The package wasn't even collected from Blim and Blum until 24th Sept. 25th Sept came and went and it was then clear that Blim and Blum had definitely NOT upgraded my shipping to 'express' as they promised. So finally on 29th Sept my package arrived. Had the team actually sent my proof on time the frame would have made it by my anniversary. I'd hate to think of when the frame would have arrived if i didn't pester them everyday for an update. The people who run the chat service are also very flat and unapologetic when they screw up your order. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering because all of the 1 and 2 star reviews sound like a mirror image of mine - terrible customer service. It's not worth the stress when you can buy cheaper, like products from Etsy.
