So, I live in LA and ordered a personalized lyrics print needed this ASAP or would be in trouble with the SO. Contacted them on live chat about delivery time, was told with the express option it is a next day service but to allow an extra day. Thought fair enough its personalized so pretty good. But then.. got the despatch email and saw coming from the United Kingdom, ETA shown on tracking as tomorrow.. like wh.. what?? Totally amazed and actually was delivered by 10.30am the next day. Can't believe it even now, have ordered from other sites before in the states and their delivery hasn't even been this quick. Great people to deal with thank you so so much. Oh yeah and of course the poster was awesome also!
