I ordered a song in a frame the first dance of my daughter and son-in-law's wedding for their first Wedding Anniversary. I emailed and asked if they could add one more bar to the fourth line which actually had one less bar than above lines. An email came back saying we cannot add four lines! When I explained I had not asked for that I was told it was impossible but I could add another line on the bottom by taking off the first. Why would anyone think I would want to miss out the first words of the song!! When it came it was not aligned in the frame properly and I could not undo the back and move it as there would have been a space at the top or bottom. I emailed Blim Blum about this. Firstly my emails went un answered then many emails back and forth when they pretended not to understand the problem. For a sheet of A4 paper and a frame I was charged £46 and would expect for that price it was perfect. Quite honestly do it yourself you can get the music on-line for free and buy a frame for well under £10. Extremely bad customer service. I put an unflattering review on their website and surprise surpise it disappeared!
