Very poor experience with this company. In time for Xmas offer was delivered Jan 3rd, dispatch was tracked as Dec 19th. When blinds arrived, they had no cassettes. When called to order cassettes, they were put as an additional parts order rather than a missing order. They were supposed to be expedited - usual production time 7-10 days. Its day 10 today. No tracking information. Customer service told me they were dispatched on 7th. Had to chase management for an update. Was told still in production. Disgraceful service. Avoid.
