Worst quality and horrible customer service
One of the worst customer service and very poor quality. Do not trust them.
We have ordered our 2 double blinds for our bedroom for our new home to prepare for Christmas. We placed the order on 16 October. The item didn’t arrive until 15 December. We wasted aweful lot of efforts trying to chase. Finally it arrived with a wrong item sent. We were not happy at all. We ended up chasing with the customer service people including Claire, Glesni & Sophie. They put us to test to send several images of the wrong item just to prove that it was not our fault but theirs. Yet finally trust ate to send us the correct blind after several emails and phone call clarifications. Eventually our Christmas has gone past as we did request to send the replacement by next delivery as a compensation considering all their hassle. The stingy unprofessional staffs didn’t accept it and yet asked us to wait for another week i.e 21 Dec 23. It’s now 05 January 2024 our item still hasn’t arrived. Irresponsible and appalling customer service and we wasted 55 emails and about hours on this ridiculous customer service. Please don’t waste your time and efforts. Save yourself the hassle and the deep stress.
