I ordered 3 blinds, all arrived as promised. One was faulty and when I requested a replacement, I was told it was my fault since I didn't tension the cord (rather than the chain). Their instructions state "Reposition your device over the new holes and again make sure the chain is taught". There was no mention in the instructions or their website which are unclear and insufficient to prevent catastrophic failure of their product. They have refused to replace the blind. Very poor customer service. AVOID
