Terrible quality control. First delivery completely wrong fabric (and delivered to wrong address). Replacement was right fabric but wrong colour. Got it right 3rd time but took ages to sort out. Gave us a small discount but left us with 4 unwanted blinds to get rid of. Shame, as quality is good and we have used them before without a problem.
