Awful experience and horrible customer service . I work as frontline NHS doctor and as everyone else I have been treating COVID patients over the last 16 months or so and I really feel sorry for people who are utilising this pandemic to make money without offering any service which is actually awful.
I have booked Day 2 & Day 8 testing for arrival from amber list country at Bee hive clinic in Chester , I did not find appointment for day 2 after arrival but I have found appointment for day 8 and I had to book day 2 with another provider . Later I have realised that the government announced that from 19th of July fully vaccinated people arriving from amber list countries will need only day 2 test which I have booked with another provider rather than Blindspot global . I Tried to cancel my appointment with Blindspot global and refund my money one week before my appointment then I was told by the customer service representatives that it is not happening because of very silly reasons including that they charge only for day 2 and day 8 is free which has never been stated while doing my booking then I replied saying that I didn’t find appointments for day 2 and that’s why I have booked only day 8 with Blindspot global and had to book day 2 with another provider paying around £120 for day 2 only then they replied that When I tried to book my Clinic slots I would of known at that point that I could not attend for the whole package (both day 2 and 8) I have proceeded to still purchase at my own choice for that reason unfortunately they are unable to help me !!!!!!!!, I will never stop chasing them to refund my money because simply they charged me £75 for no service .I definitely don’t recommend this company at all .I am going to write to CQC about my experience and will involve all other responsible authorities as well .
