Blindster came through for me, even when the measurements were off by my own error.
They made good on the promise to replace the shade with the right one.
Also, I was contacted regarding the color, which was a good call on their part. I went with a lighter shade, which is more harmonious in my living room.
Every time I needed to interact with Blindster folks it was easy and very pleasant.
