Good day, everyone. I am very sad to share that I have had a terrible experience. My life savings are gone due to a blockchain issue. On March 17th, around 10 AM, I decided to open a new blockchain account on my phone because of the drop in Bitcoin’s value. I was given the option to view my wallet without verifying my email, so I took it. The account was visible, and I copied my wallet address to transfer 14,000 CAD there. Immediately after the transfer, I tried to locate my money in the same wallet, but I couldn’t find my account or my funds. They are just gone. The only information I have is the wallet I transferred from (which is mine) and the wallet to which the money was sent. I have contacted the support team several times, but nothing has been done. I feel completely lost—this was my savings for 30 years, and now it’s all gone. but the good news is that i later got help from Tranxchk,, online, they are professional and i appreciated their immediate help
