I have used bloom and wild for a number of years now and they never fail to please. I have only ever had one delivery issue and bloom and wild sent a replacement very quickly and it was dealt with in a professional way. I do have an issue with the points reward system in that when you log in it’s not very easy to apply a reward voucher. Other than that it’s 5*
