Flowers ordered were not delivered- you can’t change a person & then not deliver the goods. Reason provided was that the area is too rural, website should advise cannot deliver to rural areas if that’s the case - there is nothing on the site to indicate this. Also we were advised customer support tried to call & there was no answer- there is an answer machine no message was left for us to make contact. Overall shoddy experience- usually use another provider but wanted to try something new but never again! Other provider based in Dublin and has no issues delivering to a rural address.
