The flowers are always beautiful, original choice of blooms and delightfully put together. Customer service is excellent and clearly committed to quality service and products. On this occasion, their courrier service let them down badly. The first bouquet was delivered 100 miles away and the replacement bouquet left at an unoccupied neighbour's house for 20 hours before finally tracked down. In addition, the courrier imitated the customer's signature to indicate receipt. Frankly inacceptable. Again, Luxury Flowers followed up quickly and did their best to fix a dreadful mess, but their choice of courrier partner let them down. I will use them again, as I do believe they did their best, and want to support a small company looking to provide great service.
