The courier company didnt deliver on date they were supposed to so flowers were slightly damaged when they finally got there. when I contacted bloom magic. They handled things impeccably. Not only did I receive brand new larger sized flowers with free choc and card next day. I also received a refund for delivery. They were so polite kind and apologetic. I was so impressed. I know things like this can happen so how a company handles things is the difference between a good and bad experience. The flowers themselves were stunning and exactly as described. I would highly recommend this company.
