I have ordered a few bouquets since Lockdown and on the whole although they are beautiful they are small for what they cost. Last week I ordered 2 bouquets to arrive together they arrived at the end of the day and one was not what was ordered and both were very wilted as if they had been in back of a car for 2 days certainly not fresh as previously. I have sent an email which got a generic syst generated email. The problem is you can’t ring Bloom Magic so hard to make a complaint. Now would I order again only because my local florist not open yet!
