Overpriced and Not Great Quality
I ordered 3 plants.
One was ok
One was not in great condition
and one was not in a sellable condition.
I sent an email including photos.
I was told 'its normal for plants to have some browning following transit'
and that
'You should follow the care instructions'
The level of browning on this plant indicates that it was neglected for some time before I received it, so to be told that 'I' should now follow the care instructions....
It's a bit much.
Bloombox consider the plant to be healthy and will not refund.
I will not be buying from this company again.
