I have ordered 2 kg Chocolate cake for birthday one of my staff in management. I paid additional for bullet dilivery and reminded that make sure the cake must not be damage.
First of all I have never received the cKe on time it was delayed 2 hours. Then once I checked the cake it was damaged and could not present on any of birthday. I contacted and I asked them to change the cKe since it was damaged. Here I wanted to upload the photo but they have system issue and not able to upload the damaged cake photo. They have not changed the same day of birthday. When I asked them to send next day. They confirmed the delivery guy will reach at 9 am. I was coordinating Mr Essam who is taking care of customer care. He was not able to answer me and received the delivery guy at 12 noon. Once I checked the cake. The taste was pathetic and no one like it so I threw it in to the garbage. That was a big insult front of all of my colleague. Worst experience ever. They charged AED 275 /- with pathetic and worst service. I always recommend all of you don't rely on website. The cake they show it's look like fresh but if you receive that be old 2-3 days which won't be huge ic for your health. Be aware from thief such as bloom box
