Yeah... like others on here, I wish I had read the reviews before ordering through them. I paid the extra $10 for delivery before 2pm since my wife leaves her job at 3pm. It did not arrive and there were no updates. I called and got ahold of some very nice customer service people who said they would check on the order and refund my extra $10. Since it was not going to arrive while she was there, I told them to just reschedule the delivery for the next morning, which they did.... Only that didn't happen and the flowers ended up getting delivered later the same day, so no one was there to receive them. I gave them 2* instead of 1 because they did deliver it the same day, just.... poorly.
