Ordered an expensive bouquet and box of chocolates. Paid extra to have it delivered on a specific day (anniversary). Because he never got an estimated time of delivery, at around 12pm on my anniversary (no flowers/chocolates), I asked for an update. I was told between 5pm-7pm. I thanked them and went on with our day. Here I am at 7:37pm and just got an email saying they missed our delivery. I’d have happily gone out and bought some if I’d known I was taking a chance of them not following through.
Avoid this “business” if you can.
