Bloomsvilla accepts orders and doesn't deliver. They do no respond to chats once they realize that the customer is calling to complain. Call them on the phone and they just keep you on hold and nobody takes the call. I don't know if they will even refund the INR 2300 that they swindled from me for flower delivery. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BLOOMSVILLA, they are a RIPOFF
