I had an extremely disappointing experience with Bloomsvilla. I ordered pink flowers with a vase and a sticky note, but they sent only the flowers without the vase and the sticky note. To make matters worse, the flowers weren't even fresh. When I raised a complaint about this, their customer service claimed that the flowers were fresh but didn't address the missing vase and sticky note. What's the point of sending flowers without a message? I was highly unsatisfied with their delivery and their lack of response. I would not recommend using Bloomsvilla.
