I had many issues with my order -
1. Bloomsvilla chat/email customer support is unresponsive. They never provided status of my order so I was not sure if my order will be delivered or not.
2. I ordered a gems choco cake (order# BV23195852), but they delivered a different and a cheap one
3. The cake was not fresh. The taste was not good at all.
I sent them feedback, but they never responded or acknowledged.
