I ordered flowers for my girlfriend's birthday and chose the Standard Delivery time of 12 pm - 3 pm.
They never showed up. No updates, no communication. The day was completely spoiled, and the surprise was ruined. Extremely disappointed and will never use this service again.
Avoid if you have something important planned!
