Did not deliver the flowers to the recipient on birthday. Paid money for morning delivery. When contacted, initially said the address was 35Kms one way and will deliver same day on fixed time charges. I agreed and hoped they would deliver at least by evening. Writing this review at 9:30 PM IST. Flowers still didn't go. MONEY GONE! HAPPY EXPERIENCE GONE!!
