I would give zero stars if possible! I ordered beautiful flowers expecting same day delivery little did I know that did not happen because apparently after the order was placed “my delivery location” was in outskirts and had to pay 200 extra for delivering there which was not informed on the site at all. After the payment I requested them to send the flowers immediately but they said it could not be done because of the location and acc yo their terms and conditions the delivery can vary which is fair and understandable but every time I asked for an update or to given my order priority as I was sending those flowers for someone else the customer care was rude and did not understand my concerns. After all of that I waited for the order to be delivered but after more than week I reached out to them asking for the status as they were not delivered they LIED and said delivery was attempted which I am stating as a BIG LIE as the delivery partner would have requested for permission in the society enter as well or I should’ve received CALLS but nope there was nothing. And day before when I told them it’s not okay and I want a refund in my account I was given a GIFT card……. How am I suppose to trust their site again. And I don’t want to as well because after all of this I asked to be connected to an authority but they gave me their customer support number which NEVER EVER EVERRRR gets connected.
I would know because I have tried calling at least 50 times. This was the worst experience ever and it was a frustrating experience as well and therefore will never engage or let any known engage with this site as everything is bad about it.
