I had ordered a bouquet delivery for 18th December to Mangalore. The order was confirmed and after 4 hours i received a mail from them saying i need to pay rs. 300 for delivery as the location was in the interior where as the location was almost on the highway. I saw the mail at around 11 pm. And the delivery time was 8 pm that day. Next day i asked for refund and they said they will deduct rs. 200. Even though it was not my fault i agreed to deduction asked the rest to be refunded. I received a refund confirming mail and today at around 12.30 pm i received a mail confirming delivery. What nonsense.
