This is fraud company. Don't believe on them. I ordered for the 31st December. To date, i haven't received any confirmation regarding delivery. Following up via email on January 3rd, I received a response stating that my area is too distant from their distribution center and that an additional 500rs fee is required. This is unacceptable. The company accepted my order, implying an agreement to fulfill it. Demanding an additional fee after the order was placed constitutes a breach of this implied agreement. I find this practice highly misleading and fraudulent. The company spoiled my son's birthday. If the company can't deliver the order on time then why do they take order. I will be forced to pursue further action to resolve this matter.
