I ordered cake for my mom and paid special delivery charges for midnight on the 13th jan 2025 , today is 16th jan 2025 but we never received the products ordered. I have emailed them multiple types but they won’t reply and they just keep replying that product will be delivered shortly , i mean what’s the point ??? The birthday occasion is already gone . Despite so many emails they are not responding to any of it and their number is not reachable. I am so frustrated and disappointed.
