I ordered a balloon bouquet from this company. One of the balloons unfortunately had a slow puncture. I contacted the company and immediately got a a response, and a replacement for the faulty balloon was sent out for next day delivery. This meant that we had our balloons ready for our party. I was very impressed with the customer service as I was worried that it wouldn’t be received in time as the party was the day after. The balloon arrangement was beautiful and we all loved it. Would definitely use this company again.
