Bought a jumbo balloon for my partner, who turned 30 on Christmas Day, and he really loved the surprise — full marks! And the added box of sweets was a real cherry on top! The balloon is still in floating in the corner in my apartment, around 18 days after arrival!! The parcel arrived on time despite covid rule changes right before Christmas which meant that I had to ask for the delivery address to be changed. Tilly was so incredibly helpful and reassuring and it all went so perfectly. Highly recommend this company! Great service. Thank you!!
